AMC ran an old favorite sc-fi movie that rather than alien bugs and viruses, we get to make contact with a higher more intelligent life source and being... a magnificent movie with Jodie Foster and David Morse... although a the sequence "co...uld not have happened" according to the pundits in charge... in a moment and at the speed of light... light years away... for Ellie... Jodie's character it most certainly did... we all do not know where, why or even how... there is more than just another car... a bigger house... or a more expensive vacation... some search for it and never find it... others build it and it never works... or no one comes... all for some reason when reason does not seem to have the answer... faith is all there is in the face of rejection and silence, disaster and distress... faith in that contact whenever or wherever it finally comes...
